Freedom Track International℠ | Who We Are

Freedom Track International is a non-profit, tax-exempt, self-supporting organization whose sole purpose is to change the lives of minor children forever! Join FTI in the fight against sex trafficking.

You can make a difference.

A Growing Problem
The State of Oregon received a grade of D, from the Protected Innocence Challenge—a 2012 national study on existing state law. The laws that are currently on the books are nowhere near as severe as they are for drugs or guns. Sex Trafficking is a multi-billion dollar industry and is very widespread in our own neighborhoods! We need to raise our Grade!

There are approximately 100,000 American children exploited through prostitution each year, and 13 is the average age when our girls are first introduced to the sex trade. Some even as young as 10 years old!

Statement of Faith

We believe there is one God, one Faith, and one Baptism.
We believe God operates in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
We believe that the Bible is the inspired, one, and only authoritative Word of God.
We believe in the Power of Prayer.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit who dwells in a "saved" man or woman, enabling one to live a "godly" life.
We believe that salvation is only obtained through Faith in Jesus Christ.
We believe that God gave His only Son so that those who believe in Him will have everlasting life.
We believe that all are precious in His sight, and are free to serve Him without bias or discrimination.

Our Staff

Denise R. Williams
Founder and Executive Director

Denise R. Williams is a public relations professional who has been involved in Women's Ministry for more than 10 years. She became aware of the issue of minor sex trafficking in 2010 after attending a presentation conducted by a local detective at her church.

After learning of the murder of a friend that was involved in sex trafficking, Denise became obsessed with the desire to work with young women to help them escape this cruel and harsh existence.

Denise spent the next few years in prayer, asking God to show her what He would have her do that would make a real difference in the lives of young woman who are sexually exploited. After reading the book Renting Lacy, Denise started on her quest to find out how she could contribute to the fight against Minor Sex Trafficking in her community, with the added mission to combat the issue on a wider level, across the nation—and eventually around the world.

Attending several seminars and researching the issue, in 2012 Denise founded the Freedom Track International Foundation, a non-profit organization aimed at providing a safe haven for minor female victims of modern slavery, as well as other forms of servitude.
